1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pvipp platform and all its services. In this document, "pvipp", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the pvipp website and all its components. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"Services" refers to cricket betting, football betting, kabaddi betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, Aviator, and any other games or categories that pvipp currently offers or may offer in the future. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the platform after any changes means you have agreed to the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

pvipp services are only available to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be able to verify your identity and age.
• Online gaming and betting must not be legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• Your account must not be operated on behalf of someone else.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on pvipp, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if such accounts are found, all balances will be forfeited and the accounts will be closed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately. The account holder bears responsibility for all activity carried out on the account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pvipp reserves the right to verify the identity of members at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds on pvipp, you may use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. To make a withdrawal:

• Your account identity verification must be complete.
• The wagering conditions of any active bonus must be met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment account.
• pvipp reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pvipp offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

Wagering conditions apply to bonuses received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Under the current terms, the wagering requirement is 15x. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering conditions are met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering conditions are met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• pvipp reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If multiple accounts are used to take advantage of bonuses, all accounts will be closed.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

pvipp reserves the right to decline or limit any bet for any reason. If a technical issue, incorrect odds, or other error is identified on any event, pvipp reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.

6.2 Matches and Events

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports is conducted in accordance with pvipp's defined rules. If an event is interrupted or abandoned mid-way, a decision will be made in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

6.3 Responsible Betting

Betting and gaming are for entertainment purposes only. Do not place bets beyond what you can afford to lose. pvipp provides responsible gaming tools to help you manage your spending.

7 VIP Program

pvipp's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your activity and participation on the platform. pvipp reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pvipp platform:

• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing or fraudulently exploiting bonuses or promotional offers.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating someone else's account.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities for gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, or hacking methods.
• Coordinating betting decisions with other users.
• Misconduct toward customer support or other members.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

pvipp is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. All information provided on our platform is secured through SSL encryption. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, however we may provide information to relevant authorities when required to fulfill legal obligations. 10 Technical Issues and Limitation of Liability

pvipp strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, pvipp is not liable for any loss caused by the following:

• Internet disconnection or network issues.
• Server maintenance or third-party technical problems.
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Issues arising from the game software provider.

If unintended gains occur due to a technical error, pvipp reserves the right to recover that amount.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by pvipp

pvipp may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances: violation of these terms, suspicious financial activity, failure to complete identity verification, or legal requirements.

11.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing your account. Contact our support team for help with self-exclusion or responsible gaming.

14 Changes to Terms

pvipp reserves the right to change these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.

15 Applicable Law

These terms and your relationship with pvipp are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be settled in the relevant judicial jurisdiction. Even if any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
